Reducing ⬇️ the use of plastic is important! Why ⁉️ Plastic production requires an enormous amount of energy ⚡️ and resources which causes carbon emissions and contributes to global warming. 🙅🏼‍♀️




Simple Ways to Reduce Plastic Waste


  1. Bring your own shopping bag 🛍

  2. Stop 🛑 buying bottled water! Opt for a refillable bottle.

  3. Bring your own thermos to the coffee ☕️ shop.

  4. Just say ❌ no to straws! Love straws? Bring your own metal straw.

  5. 🧷 Switch from disposable diapers to cloth







About 60% of plastic is discarded in landfills and oceans. There, it stays for thousands of years, transforming into "micro plastic," disrupting ecosystems and leaching into our water supplies and food.
